Staying hydrated is key not only for our health but also for our spiritual health. Let’s see what promises await those of us who continue to quench our thirst…

Daily Word:

  • Malachi 3:6-7 New International Version (NIV)

6 “I the Lord do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed. 7 Ever since the time of your ancestors you have turned away from my decrees and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you,” says the Lord Almighty.



Isn’t it great to know that when we stray away all we need to do is cry out to our loving Father and he promises to meet us where we are? What promises are you holding onto?

  • Warm-up
  • 20 bodyweight squats.
  • 10 push ups.
  • 20 walking lunges – 10 each leg.
  • 10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug or another weight)
  • 15 second plank.
  • 30 jumping jacks.
  • Cool Down
