Pep Me Up!

I want you to start to think of Mondays as your new goal setting day! Each day we should be taking some time to reflect on the things that occurred so that we can improve daily, but Monday’s are special! Look at your previous week and take some time today to really hound into what it is that you rocked! How did you feel then compared to how you feel now? Focusing on the positive is a MUST on Monday simply because, let’s face it, most people dread Mondays.

So meet today with a fresh pair of eyes and restart your success with a positive mindset! For some extra pep, I like to reach for my peppermint essential oil! Peppermint has been used for centuries to help refresh the mind and body. It has proven to help energize when used aromatically. Adding a drop of peppermint to your morning routine can help clear your mind of the Monday Fog and get you ready for the week! Not only is it awesome at pepping you for the week but multiple studies have linked peppermint to increased exercise performance.
