In today’s post we were instructed to take some time to listen to the lyrics of the song Oceans by Hillsong United. That song means so much to my heart. One of the things that I have found that really helps me get into a more relaxed state in which I can focus on God is using lavender essential oil.
This is a staple in everyone’s home! I love using lavender to help promote a relaxing and calming atmosphere.
If you want to just unwind a little bit or help your babies calm down, Lavender is a must. You can diffuse Lavender in your home throughout the day to freshen the air. I love using lavender towards the evening in the diffuser. I find that it helps me calm myself before sleeping.
