Peace Filled Wednesday

I don’t about ya’ll but it has been a long week and it’s not even half way done.  I blame the weather or maybe it’s because our power went.  No, my son has been sick.  Wait, I almost ran out of gas and was late to work.  Whatever the excuse is, there always is one.  Good thing we have a choice.

Dose of the Daily Word

Proverbs 3:5-6

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight”

Reflection

Once you have been hurt, it is very difficult to trust again.  Especially, if it is your significant other.  Trust takes a long time to build and a moment to break.  Luckily, we have the everlasting Father to trust.  He will never break his promises and will always be there.  All you have to do is lean on him.  Ask him for help and he will come to your aid.  When life has me confused and I don’t know why I do, what I do… I submit and trust in him.  He reassures me I am on the right path towards righteousness.  When the world is becoming to much to handle and I feel myself slipping off the correct path, I run to God as fast as I can and he makes my paths straight.  Every time.

Daily Workout

I don’t like lunges either… but they are AWESOME!!!

3-5 rounds, do better than you did last time and keep proper form.
